"A little too plain for me"
I got this sometime last month, or maybe it was the month before, and the style just feels kind of old and plain. It’s not terrible, but it’s boring and not really my thing

"Good mission, but I’m not fully sold"
I really like the idea behind what they’re doing, and I can’t say I don’t appreciate the mission. That said, the ethical claims still felt a little unclear to me. I wish there were more solid details about where things are sourced, because without that, I’m not totally convinced yet.

"Feels rough, not very comfy"
Really wanted to like this, but the fabric feels rough on my skin. Expected it to be softer, but after wearing it for a little while, started feeling kind of scratchy. For the price, thought it would feel a lot nicer. Wouldn’t buy it again

"Color Was Way Off"
I ordered a shirt that looked like a nice soft blue in the photos, but when it showed up, it was more of a dull gray. I know colors can look a little different depending on the screen, but this wasn’t even close. What’s the point of picking something for the color if it doesn’t look anything like the picture? Frustrating, honestly. I’m not happy with it and probably won’t order again.

"Still Waiting With Zero Useful Updates"
I’m still waiting for my order, and the tracking hasn’t helped at all. It barely updates, so I’m just stuck checking it over and over with no real information. I get that shipping can take time, but being forced to just sit around and be patient with no updates is really frustrating...

"Sizing felt really misleading"
I ordered my usual size after checking the measurements, so I felt like I did my part before buying. Unfortunately, the fit was nothing like the chart suggested. The shoulders were way too tight, but the rest of the shirt was oddly loose. It’s frustrating because sizing info should be something customers can trust. I don’t think I’d rely on their size chart again

"Looked good at first, but didn’t last"
I mean, the shirt did look nice when I first got it, so I was kind of happy with it at the start. But, yeah, after just a few washes, the seams started getting loose and it just didn’t feel like it was holding up well. i was a little disappointed because I expected it to last longer. So, yeah, I probably wouldn’t say it’s worth it

"Returns are way too much hassle"
I ordered a shirt from Fair Indigo and the sizing was off, so I figured I’d just exchange it. What a joke. The whole process was slow, confusing, and I had to email more than once just to get a straight answer on what I was supposed to do.
Then I found out return shipping was on me, and the refund took way longer than it should have. For what they charge, I expected the service to be way smoother. I won’t be ordering from them again.

"Expected a Lot More for the Price"
I was expecting something much better for what I paid, but it really didn’t feel worth it. The quality just didn’t match the price, and I ended up feeling disappointed.

"Ordering should not have been this frustrating?!"
I had a tougher time ordering from fairindigo.com than I expected. I was on my phone, and the site just felt clunky. Pages were loading weird, things didn’t always respond right away, and it took way too long just to find the item I wanted?!
Checkout wasn’t much better. After I paid, the confirmation took a while to show up, and for a bit I couldn’t tell if my order had actually gone through or not. Maybe it works better for other people, but for my first order, it was frustrating.
